  I am delighted we chose Prior Products to build our conservatory and replace the uPVC windows in my house. From the very first they were a cut above the other window and conservatory companies we had spoken to – great advice, no sales pressure, professional and courteous.
  
  The build & fit process was equally good, with every trade being carried out to the highest standard and excellent quality products used throughout. The Prior team was always prompt and helpful, quickly resolving any snags or accommodating last minute changes of plan by us.
  
  All this was delivered at a great price, capping a first class experience from start to finish.

  Our experience with Prior Products was awful.
  
  After an initial quote we arranged for Prior Products to conduct a survey. Our Front Door provides a challenge with gas and electrical services complicating installation of a new Front Door, however, after over an hour with the surveyor discussing options, the surveyor decided that he needed a clear view of the gas service running through the lower portion of the door side panel. To achieve this, our side panel was damaged. Initially, I had no issue with this as upon further inspection the surveyor proposed a solution that we agreed upon.
  
  A week after the survey, Prior Products contacted us to outline that they could not proceed with installation, stating that the door and frame would need to be removed to conduct an inspection of the gas pipe. After agreeing a solution with the surveyor, this was the first poor customer service Prior Products displayed.
  
  Secondly, emails were ignored until I rang the office and stated that I would like Prior Products either to proceed with the agreed method of installation, or reparation for the damage caused to my property, and if I had no further response then my only option would be to review them on social media to make other potential customers aware of the potential pitfalls of dealing with them. Within a few days I had further correspondence with Prior Products which concluded with them stating that they would be in further contact to arrange remedial work to our side panel. This was a month ago, and they have not been in contact since.
  
  I would strongly recommend not dealing with Prior Products. There are many other local, trustworthy Windows and Door companies in the area.
