After booking a last minuet 2 days break for my 50th birthday, the snow began to fall and made all modes of travel impossible!! The owner was very unhelpful and would not even let me transfer to another weekend. I lost all of our money and she would not budge an inch. Its not like she had held the date for a long period of time and was fighting off bookings (I think I booked it 7 days before) She is the most unhelpful person I have ever come across. AVOID at all costs!
